As a seasoned real estate professional, Av has extensive experience in management and finance. After earning a BCom from UVic in 2006, he began his career at UVic Properties, managing a diverse real estate portfolio while gaining global insights into university-managed assets.
In 2009, Av co-founded Adepta Properties, which owns hotels, restaurants, and liquor stores. His company is currently developing a 270-unit mixed-use project on Vancouver Island.
In 2018, he founded Boomerang Financial, a brokerage specializing in commercial and residential mortgages. Av’s expertise and dedication to personalized service have made Boomerang Financial a trusted industry name.

Victoria brings years of ambitious entrepreneurial experience to her role at Boomerang. After earning her BA from UVic and completing her mortgage brokerage studies at UBC, Victoria co-founded two successful fitness brands: Spar Boxing, a fitness haven in Victoria, and SPINCO, with locations in downtown Victoria, the Westshore, and Oak Bay. Beyond the board room and fitness studio, Victoria is passionate about philanthropy, supporting the Courtnall Society for Mental Health, a family charity close to her heart.
